Registration

When you call us or register on-line, you will be assisted by a fully trained and experienced consultant who will be happy to talk through your queries, ideas and aspirations. This initial stage can be completed over the telephone or, in less straightforward cases, face-to-face with a consultant at our London or Manchester offices.

Interviews

We will assist in finding a mutually convenient meeting time and provide you with any further information you require about the firm, the role and the person you will be meeting. We also provide detailed interview advice (Click on the Tips & Advice button)

Follow-up

A crucial part of our role is to maintain contact with an employer you have visited. If your first interview was successful, this may mean setting up a further meeting. If you have not been fortunate, we will ususally ask for feedback for you to work on prior to your next interview. If a firm wishes to make you an offer, we are uniquely positioned to negotiate a salary and benefits without compromising your relationship with your future employers.
