THE ROLE
We have a new vacancy for an experienced Commercial Lawyer 3 + PQE to join a well established Commercial & Technology Team
As a team member you will be advising international companies with UK or European based offices, mid-market UK companies and fast-growing and entrepreneurial businesses.
You will be working as an external, and often sole, legal counsel providing day-to-day advice on commercial contractual matters and data protection.
The core work areas will include;
Commercial contracts, frequently with an international aspect
Technology contracts (including SaaS agreements, website and app development and hosting agreements)
Digital media and Ecommerce
Marketing, advertising and sponsorship
Data Protection
Data licensing and commercialisation
Intellectual property management, commercialisation, protection and enforcement
Advising on strategic business projects e.g. operations structuring, investment planning, international expansion
THE CANDIDATE
You will have a solid track record and a strong commercial/technology background gained from a leading law firm
You will be happy working in a client facing role where you will be expected to showcase the full extent of your commercial skills
The offices are commutable from London
The firm offers hybrid working arrangements
