Insolvency Solicitor

A long-established law firm which advises high net worth individuals, entrepreneurs, and SME's.

THE ROLE

An exciting opportunity for an insolvency associate 1-5 pqe to join a very successful and friendly team in the Home Counties, wfh available

You will be supporting the insolvency team to service existing SME clients and to develop a new client base in this area.

You will do this with the support of the partners and colleagues in other departments working closely with paralegal and admin support.

THE CANDIDATE

Both technically excellent but equally important, commercially astute, and enthusiastic about business development.

You will have gained some post qualification experience in a broad range of insolvency matters, ideally both contentious and non contentious cases.

You should also have some experience or running your own caseload under supervision whilst also assisting on larger and more complex cases.
