Refer A Friend Scheme
The majority of our candidates are referred to us by others who have been delighted with the service we have provided. Referrals are always very much appreciated, so much so that we have now implemented an incentivised scheme whereby, if we place a referred candidate into a permanent position, the referee will receive £250 worth of vouchers of their choice
Terms and Conditions
- Referred candidates must mention on initial registration that they were referred to us by you.
- Referred candidates who are already registered with Lipson Lloyd-Jones and who have been in contact with us within the previous 12 months will not form part of the referral scheme.
- The role filled by the referred candidate must be permanent.
- For temporary placements, the referral fee is pro-rated according to the period of time they are retained by the firm (£250 maximum referral fee per candidate)
- The vouchers will be awarded once the referred candidate successfully passes the probation period in their new role. For further information please speak to your consultant.
